Off the master suite on a private patio adjacent to the back yard, you will find your own above ground spa that is always hot and ready to use. An additional patio off the living room has seating for 8 with green belt views of the fairway and Santa Rosa mountains. This is a wonderful spot for afternoon cocktails while being entertained by frisky humming birds and the ever wonderful roadrunner sightings that are always a delight.

Additional Policy:
Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If notice; is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, all funds will become a cancellation fee unless the dates can be sold to another guest. If the dates can be sold, a full refund will be given less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
A non refundable $69.00 will be added to each reservation for Property Damage Insurance. Any and all damages to the property must be reported immediately to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.
A utility allowance is given to each guest. The allowance may be $100.00 to $300.00 depending on the duration of the reservation. Any and all utilities used over the allowance will be charges to the guest without exception.
All reservation rates will be increased by 15% for special events such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, BNP Tennis Tournament, Coachella Music Festival etc…
